Happy New Year and Updates For 2017

Happy New Year – the Christmas holidays seem such a long time ago. With many of Airenvironmental’s client companies shutting down over Christmas and New Year, those who have maintenance contracts with us could rest assured.

We had a team of engineers on a scheduled call-out rota to cover any major faults that may have occurred at such an inappropriate time such as on New Year’s day. We could therefore call-out 24/7, giving our contracted customers complete peace of mind and allowing them to enjoy the festive period.

For us, 2017 was never going to be a slow start. We have to be fully prepared and ready on the first working day of the new year to start Phase 2 and 3 of our biggest VRF project to date. Phase 1 was a massive success, meeting all of our clients’ expectations and more. Thankfully, we managed to finish Phase 1 well within the programme set.

First fix is also complete on a large nursing home. Communal rooms and offices have been air-conditioned to provide optimal comfort for its staff and clients.

We are also working on ventilation projects on several sites. These range from full air-handling replacements to new school projects and kitchen extract systems. These projects are ongoing so we look forward to updating you more in due course.

In terms of our hub, the office, we are on a continual internal programme to run all of our ordering, processing, engineers diary and systems through our software package “Click.” This system enables any of our staff to have a full overview of our on-going projects. From the tendering stage and order placed all the way through to commissioning and hand over to the client, as a result, all of our staff can work efficiently and effectively on all projects.

We are looking forward to our busiest year yet and will keep our customers, colleagues and friends updated.
